86, former Carmel resident, passed away on March 9, 2014. Joyce was born on May 28, 1927 in Highland Park, Michigan. She is survived by her brother, Don Shirley of La Mirada, CA., and her sister, Margaret McDaniel of Manteca, CA. In accordance with her wishes, no services are planned.
